Payment, Online Fulfilment and Refunds

Carefully review the description, contents, country, and limitations of the item. Check that it suits the intended purpose and that the intended use is permitted by the relevant platform rules.

Checkout shows the coin, network, exact amount, and destination address. Sending through another network or to another address may be irreversible and may require separate manual review.

Payment is confirmed after a verified result from the payment route or a manual review. The order then enters processing.

The item is supplied through the order cabinet. Timing depends on the selected listing and manual preparation; the current status appears inside the order.

Access to a paid order and its delivery file expires 24 hours after payment confirmation. The end of this technical window does not terminate mandatory rights or create a complaint deadline.

Ask for an investigation if fulfilment does not occur, the supplied data fails upon receipt, or the item does not match its description. Include the order ID and facts, but never send a password, seed phrase, or private key.

1. The order is matched to its payment and fulfilment record.
2. Support may request safe evidence of the problem.
3. The listing, condition at delivery, and actions of the parties are assessed.
4. A remedy supported by law is selected for a confirmed problem.

For a confirmed lack of conformity, correction or replacement may apply. Where they are impossible, not completed within a reasonable time, or the problem is serious, a price reduction or refund applies as required by law.

Where a withdrawal right applies, notice is given within 14 days after the contract is concluded, where applicable. Any amount due is returned within 14 days after receiving the notice or approving another refund to the agreed cryptocurrency address and network. An unavoidable public-network fee is agreed before the transfer.
